       Pork seasoned with Achoite (Mayan red seasoning, NOT Hot)
       Wrapped in banana leaves roasted in sour orange juice, then served shredded along with
       corn or flour tortillas for making tacos.

       Poblano Chilies (Not Hot) stuffed with Manchego cheese battered and fried
       served with a wonderful red sauce.

It's doesn't get much fresher!

At different times of the year we have Snapper, Grouper, Hogfish and Mahi Mahi,
depending on what the local fishermen catch!
We also are happy to clean and prepare any fish you caught.
